Using the site

Anyone can search and view listings. To contact sellers, send enquiries, request visits or list a property you need an account. You must give accurate information and keep your password private.

Buyers

Enquiries, messages and visit requests must be genuine. Do not use the site to send spam or to harass anyone.

Sellers and agents

You are responsible for your listings. You must have the right to advertise each property, and the information, photos, videos and documents you add must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. Listing fees: once we have approved a listing, you choose a plan, which is a number of days, and pay its price in rupees through Razorpay. The listing is then published for those days and goes offline afterwards; paying again renews it. A listing we reject is never charged. We do not refund fees in the app; contact us if something went wrong. [Client to review the fee and refund wording.]

Listing information

Listing information is supplied by users. Buyers should independently verify ownership, title, approvals and legal documents. See the Disclaimer.

Review and removal

We may review listings and reports. We may reject, suspend or remove a listing, or suspend an account, if these terms are broken or a listing is misleading, unlawful or inappropriate. When we do, we record a reason and show it to the person affected.

Content you add

You keep your rights in what you upload. You allow us to display it on the site so that the service can work. [Client or lawyer to confirm the licence wording.]
