When you create an account: your name, your email address, optionally a mobile number, and your password. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, Supabase, which keeps the password in a scrambled form; we never see or store it.
When you use the site as a buyer: enquiries and messages you send, site visit requests, properties you save or compare, and the notifications we send you.
When you list a property: the listing's details, photos, videos and floor plans, and your seller profile, including a phone number if you choose to add one.
When you use the site: your sign-in session, and technical records such as your IP address and browser type, which we keep to protect the site and investigate problems.
How we use it
To run your account, show listings, pass your enquiries and visit requests to sellers, send you notifications, keep the site safe, review listings and handle reports, and meet our legal duties. [Client to confirm the legal basis for each use.]
Who can see it
Sellers and agents see your name and the content of enquiries and visit requests you send to them. They do not see your email address or phone number unless you choose to share them.
Sellers decide whether their phone number and email address are shown to signed-in buyers on their listings.
Our administrators can see account and listing information so that they can run and protect the site. Their actions are recorded.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. [Client to update this if that changes.]
Who we share it with
